AT&T Store

Came into the store on a Sunday, 2 employees there and busy with customers. The female employee finished with her customer and said "we'll be right with you" and walked out of the store. Turns out she's the manager helping out on her day off. Didn't ask what we needed help with or what we came in for. She was very poorly dressed - in a revealing camisole top and tight fitting jeans. Apparently no dress code when you represent At&t. Won't go back and will discourage people I know from engaging with this store. The store and furnishings are really dirty too.

Johvan gets 50 stars for the day.. after speaking to 4 reps on the phone and 4 hours and being hung up on, i went into the store and he was able to assist in getting my phone back up. I am very thankful he was the one I dealt with today.. He is kind and helpful.. Thank you again

The sales representatives Javon, Jay and Crystal were all very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of changing my phone from Samsung to a iPhone. The process was lengthy but the wait was worth it

I want to thank Jay and the the lady working with him that helped us out !!! Jay stayed past normal work hours to help our Sim card problem and treated us very good. He is a stellar dude !!!!

Good customer service. Was in and out with a new phone within 30 mins.
